Their service was excellent on a Sunday afternoon. They arrived promptly and was able to unlock my door in less than 20 minutes, which was outstanding because the locks on the doors in this building are notoriously difficult to unlock due to the way they’re designed. Last time I had to call a locksmith company they ended up damaging my door, I would highly recommend them to anyone in Melbourne!

I will make this long story short, I had a door knob on my front door that broke while in the locked” position. No way to fix it on my own, Melbourne locksmith were extremely helpful! I highly recommend these guys!

I decided to call Melbourne locksmith after I have been waiting for a different company for about 2 hours, their locksmith kept on saying he’s in traffic. They came to my house within 10 min, I guess they had a different call right by my house. The locksmith got in fairly quick and I was in my house with no trouble.

Melbourne Locksmith was very helpful. My boyfriend locked himself out after losing both his keys and wallet and they still worked with him to find alternate ID and make sure he was inside quickly. I lost my car keys somewhere at the St Kilda beach and all the companies I called said they wouldn’t be able to get me a new key until tomorrow. When I called Melbourne locksmith they said they can send a locksmith right away, they did and he made a key in less than 10 min. how surprising!
